A tale of great customer service.

"So here's the good the bad and the ugly. I had this suit in a previous years's construction and loved it except for the panel underneath the armpit that used to cut you. With the updated panel in this iteration of the suit, they changed the zipper and doing so, they created a whole new failure point. Something like this is really easy to fix. An example would be Xcel, who does a great job with their zippers in suits like the infinity. I had to warranty the zipper on this suit twice when the teeth exploded getting in and out. The Ripcurl customer service team really is incredible though and helped me every step of the way. With some wetsuit brands, buying online is a gamble but rip-curl, to their credit stands by their product. Ended up in a zipper-less suit when all was said and done and will stay there until they update the Fusion."

"Pros - Comfortable, flexible and warm. Cons - water come through the sleep and leg extremes. First duck dive there was water coming. Couple of wipe outs and water was entering through the bottom the legs."
