Each order placed is handled with precaution and safety in mind. Our warehouses are operating under advice from the World Health Organisation, including increased access to hand sanitisers and hygiene safeguards. We are working with our delivery partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

Yes, orders continue to be shipped daily from our Torquay warehouse. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for parcels to be delivered. More information on shipping.

Is there a delay in my order?

There may be a slight delay in some orders. Please allow an additional 3 - 7 days for delivery. Delivery delays are due to a high demand on our delivery provider Australia Post. See delivery times.

Are you accepting returns?

Yes, our warehouse is processing returns. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your refund to be processed. See our returns policy.
