After qualifying for the 2011 World Tour at the midyear cut off, Medina snared two event victories out of five, winning the Rip Curl Pro Search San Fransisco and France. The 17 year-old has well and truly asserted himself as 'The Next Big Thing', finishing fourth in his maiden year. Expect big things in 2012.
