Something wrong with your purchase?

Change Of Mind
We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your Rip Curl purchase, whether this was online or in one of our stores, simply return the item/s for a refund within 30 days of purchase following the below process (our change of mind return policy). This Change of Mind Policy does not affect any rights you have in relation to non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act

Items Purchased Online and Returned In Store
No fault return / exchange policy (Change of Mind)

  • Goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached).
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase shown on your receipt, except for any purchases made between November 1st 2023 - December 21st 2023 which are able to returned up until January 21st 2024.
  • This Returns Policy applies to full price, sale and clearance items.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned / refunded for cash or other tender types.
  • Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. So, if you paid cash, you will receive cash back, if you paid by credit card, you will receive a refund to the same credit card you used.
  • This change of mind policy does not apply to custom orders, such as custom made surfboards.
  • If you have received a free or discounted promotional item with your order and your return disqualifies you from the promotion you must return the promo item or pay the full RRP on that item if you wish to keep it. For example: if you received a free towel because you spent more than $100 in the transaction and your returned item reduces your total spend to less than the $100 amount, you will either need to return the towel you received as the promotional item or you will be charged the RRP for the towel.
  • This Change of Mind Policy does not affect any rights you have in relation to non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).

6. Stick returns label to outside of box and take to your local Australia Post Office.

Please don't fold neoprene wetsuits vertically through the chest panel as this causes significant creasing. You will need to pack the wetsuit in the same manner it arrived to you in. You can also use the box it came in to return back to us.

Please note: If any wetsuits are received with creases or holes, your return request will be void and the wetsuit will be sent back to you automatically.
